We produce 3 AOP and 1 IGP annually and another AOP only every 5-6 years, if the harvest merits it. They are very soft, well balanced and long on the palate and can be lain down for a long time: Mansenoble has some 1993 IGP and AOP wines that are still in good condition and highly sought after today.
